The registered didn’t arrive on Friday October 29 but it said delivered. Until yesterday November 1 it hasn’t arrived yet. From Edmonton processing plant to company in downtown is just a few minutes or kilometres away. You’re service is so poor. I just hope the receptionist will not call me again today. Paying $11.36 is not worth it. Next time I’ll just use UPS. My mail always arrive on time. Very poor service.

Sent parcel from vernon to Richmond on oct 13, it's now Nov 2nd , still hasn't arrived.

Sent a prepaid box out of Alberta on Friday and it was delivered in Winnipeg on Monday! Wow!

They said we gonna deliver in 5 day .I post by them on 25 and today 2nd November and still I don't get my post in india and it's their fastest service which one I highers

The post delivery person keeps on losing our mail or give our bills to neighbors 5 miles away now I went to the post office got a letter registered mail on Oct 28 going to Walkerton check the tracking number and my letter evidently was sent to stoney creek on Oct 26 Then London Oct 27 Now in mississauga I didn't mail it till Oct 28 How can't it be in stoney creek Oct 26? The absolute worst service so incompetent They are shutting down our business as they don't deliver our cheques to our suppliers

Your tracking system certainly does not have updated info. A month ago it was in Richmond BC ... still?

The purpose of a tracking system is to show when a package is delivered. Two days after showing it out for delivery, Canada Post’s tracking program still doesn’t show delivery. One star is too high.

I paid 40$ for xpress delivery they said 3-5 days and now it's a week today and it's still not delivered Canada posts service is not realible and is a total scam

Asked for overnight...not aviable so took the 2 day service ...shipped Monday at 10am arrived Wednesday. about 11 am.

Easy way to tracking

Don't ever get canada post to be your carrier pay money and get others to deliver. It takes 2 months to get your item from Canada post....hilarious

Expidited delivery? Ordered a tiny package sunday at 10 am and it went from "will arrive friday" to "will arrive monday (8 days). I paid the extra money to get my medical package here faster and it actually is taking longer. Should have used ups/FedEx canada post is nothing more than a poorly run crown corportation with 0 interest in pleasing the customer or improving thier performance because they have protected status. The ceo is has a bloated salary that is disproportionate to his service to CP and it will never get better. We should shut down Canada post or at least remove all government support and let private industry iether force them to become competitive again or push then out of the market. Each and every time I use this service I regret it.
