They told me that they will post my percale in 2 days but they didn't send it on time

We paid for express coz it’s urgent and said that it will be there in 3 days or Wed Sept 29,2021. But until now Oct 2 the parcel have not received yet.So I decided to track and it was still in SK.Can’t trust and should not pay what is for express charge.

expect delivery. no update in tracking in 6 days. ridiculous

They can't make a simple change to a house number. Holding mail for weeks. Customer service with CP doesn't exits. Disgusting ineptitude.

It only keeps saying in transit until it arrives. Not very helpful in tracking.

Our service has been deplorable over the past year - not getting mail service for days or trying to find our mail so unhappy

Terrible service. Cannot find a human to speak to anywhere. Have a parcel sitting in Montreal since Sept 18, cannot find out why. It has cleared customs and appears to be just sitting there.

Package says delivered on August 10th and its the 27th and its still not here

Delivery is delayed. It's been more than a week and the parcel has not been received. I used the flat rate box and they said it will be delivered within 2-7 days but it seems we need to wait more than that. Tracking info is not updated as well. A bit dissatisfied with the service.
