Parcel shipped 2021-09-21. Only info to date is JFK, NY. Not acceptable

My review of Canada Post is 5-star. 10-star if I could. My review of this third party tracking site is 2.5 stars. 2 even… because it’s showing tracking results from 24 hours ago.

The results displayed on the map are not the most current. They are displaying where the package was 24 hours ago. While the visual of where it is and where it’s going is nice, it’s much nicer to have an accurate idea of where my package really is.

Tracking number 4000477594249999. 21 days and still waiting for delivery from Richmond postal warehouse to Telus return depot. 1 star is too high, should be minus 21.

I love Canada post they are very helpful they always deliver on time and there's stuff is amazing thank you guys for doing such an amazing job for everyone receiving packages.

My parcel has been on a truck in Richmond for delivery for the last 3 weeks. What would be the reason for my parcel not to have been delivered. Surely there is a problem with your system. Any suggestions for the non-delivery. Tracking number 4000477594249999.

Service was exceptional in olds. Trainee supervised by full time employee. Great job helping me get a letter to B.C. quickly and making sure it is signed for at other end of its journey. Thanks Canada post.

My parcel is missing from Canada. Very bad experience

Very slow for Xpress Post. It took a week from sunshine Coast to Grindrod

Parcel was supposed to take 2 days but was delivered the next day . I am happy

Paid for express post, 2 day transit. It’s been 5 not including Sunday!!
