Good jobs Canada post office

A person can drive to Ontario in 2 days but yet it takes over 5 days for a card to get there. As well, days without updates on parcel tracking!!! Now I can understand why people don't want to use Canada Post!!!

Absolutely the worst delivery service on the planet. If Canada post was a regular company, it would have been bankrupt 50 years ago!

Send a package on July. Have not arrive to destination. Open a ticket for dispute 2 weeks ago. Even though I have a track item , it took 2 weeks to investigate but no resolution or refund of my money. Please help . Contact me . Thank u

Tracking information is confusing at best. Says my package was processed in my city 4 days ago but it show it departing my city 2 days ago. Why is it leaving the city it's being delivered to? The map shows it still in B.C. and says it's on its way, the delivery notice says it's to be delivered today??? Can't even begin to narrow anything down with this Mish mosh of contradictory information.

Supposed to arrive my package on a certain day, paid extra shipping and Canada post is taking 4 extra days to deliver ! Worst service ever - this never happens with FedEx or UPS

I’m so disappointed in the mail service. I mailed an important document on Sept 1 and paid over 12 dollars for it to go from Simcoe to Toronto. Have a tracking number and till today I have no idea where it is. What am I to do?

I never received my item. Even after 1.5 months. Terrible
