Can't even get a delivery day anymore!

Did not keep me posted on the tracking of my parcel. Only one update and that was it. Took way longer to arrive than the estimated delivery date. Like five days past! I understand the pandemic and all, but st least CP could have kept me informed. Not impressed at all considering it was sent Xpresspost.

Very poor service. Phoned twice to open a service account since my parcel was more than a month overdue. Both times the agents had such a limited grasp of English that my email address was incorrectly recorded even though I spelled it with the phonetic alphabet . Twice! Finally on the third try an agent was able to record my information properly, I think although I still haven't received an email. I did receive a phone call however. The tracking app is showing even less information than before with only the postal dates from Montreal. Very shoddy service. Still don't know where my package is. I give a minus rating.

Not impressed with your xpress post system. Tracking says item was received at Owen Sound PO. on Sunday, office is closed. Arrived in Ottawa then misdirected delaying delivery. Hopefully will be delivered Thursday. Regular mail it would have arrived more than likely on Thursday. Why did I pay over $15 for Press?

Very bad tracking very slow

I have sent 2 package express mail to Jamaica was told by post Canada employee if I payed extra 157$ it will definitely deliver in 13 days it’s been more than 3 week and my package is still not delivered yet I am so disappointed with post Canada and call so much with out any one to speak with I give this service ….. ZERO REVIEWS!!!

I saw 2.7 stars, they not so bad actually about 4 or 3.7 will be just right. Mixing up mails sometimes even important ones. Package is never delivered to door, they just slam ticket in a mailbox for self pick up. I will use them, when I send packages they are in a great shape received by my customers. I have worst experience with another carrier but that story I will leave for tomorrow, have a good night all.

Parcel took one day to get from Calgary to Edmonton, arrived in Edmonton on the 17th, has been in transit since then and it is now the 29th. Needs to travel 1 hour away from Edmonton. Its a small package so I think may have been lost but Canada Post says s it is on its way. Sire takes a long time to travel 1 hour away...
