No valid information about the shipment and delivery time. Most of the time it is said the package is delivered however it is still not delivered. It is the worst in the whole world.

1 star because 0 isn't an option "we cant help you track your lost packages" what good are you then? You cant tell me what company my package was handed off to, you didnt update my international package with a Canadian tracking number so I cant find it, you cant tell me if it made it across the border just that it made it to the border , your service is useless I can talk to CBSA myself, do something about your systems and staff because it's a waste of time , unreal that you haven't been run into the ground by private shipping co's 0 stars out of 5

Envelope has been sitting in the same place no updates for three days. $13 to send it and no expected movement

I ordered a punching bag from BC, and it took six weeks to be delivered in Toronto; and I had to cancel the order and got another one shipped through purolator and it took five days to go the same distance. What a joke

There is nothing like Canada mail servicer, always on time,. awesome.
