I love post office delivery because I know it will be in my parcel post box and a key will be in my parcel box unlike Amazon where you have a permanent thing in your profile that you need to have the package handed to me or someone in the apartment but I always get a pictures of my missing box or they give you a refund for half the package when it's in the same box problems I'm having with Amazon my stuff may be late sometimes extremely late but it will get to my postal box

Well we are going on 7 weeks I just don't get it I bought the product it took me a week to get it one week and it's been 7 weeks and then we get my money back I don't get it I don't think it's mostly the Postal Service I think it's the people that get the product and don't want to return the money that's what I see I don't think it's right at all

I need to get reimbursed for the missing package. I need to get reimbursed for expedited service that I paid for. The content of this package is valued over $400.00. Another paid government service that is overpriced, misplaced, excuses after excuses. I WANT the total value to be reimbursed. If you just happen to find and deliver my package, I would still want my refunded amount of money I paid for 2 days deliver service.

I do not like this format. All the points it went through to get from toronto to North Bay are not shown not even where it started froml Also I had paid for a signature and yes it does say signature was received but no way to check it out and save the signathre for any necessary future reference. I might as well have sent my package by regular mail. I suggest the full delivery route be put back in and have the signature be accessible. And I did not have to sign in previously for this.

I Sent a letter to Brisbane, Australia. I can't get a answer I just take to a box .there is birthday money in it.

Seriously...package from Winnipegvwent to Richmond...67 kilometres from Victoria BC they sent it to Edmonton Alberta!!! Then back to Tichmond Bc and over to Victoria BC for a continual stop. Will ut actually make it to my front door or go off somewhere and I wind up waiting 24 hours and have to pick it up? This federal postal service is the worst! Do you even have a map?? Victoria is a short ferry trop from Richmond for crying out loud!!
