My Parcels frequently go get lost with no explanation as to where they went and I don’t get the package and nor does the shipper so who has my packages Canada post so I could give you zero stars that’s what I would give you.

Mailed a business letter with tracking from Niagara on the Lake on May12,2021 to Sarasota Florida and it is now June 19th and nowhere to be found. Because it was an important document, I re-sent it using UPS on June 7th and it arrived in Sarasota next day. Canada Post has the absolute worst tracking system ever. The original document sent May 12 has still not arrived. Totally unexceptable!!

What's up with Canada Post? Seems everything coming from the west coast takes a year and a day now to get anything! One would think that you would have it more together after 15 mos of Covid! And it seems ½ the time once it hits Canada it disappears! Not happy at all with this useless service anymore.

Paid over $13.00 each for 2 expresspost envelops on june 2nd, its now june 13th. When i input the tracking number, the only info 5hat shows is "pending" for both. I phone customer service they tell me both were delivered on the 4th. But customer service is unable to give me any confirmation number.
