Excellent service!! Love Canada post !!

It's hit and miss, mostly miss!

this website is absolutely useless. Don't know why you changed it but the old one gave much more info. Says it was rec'd Mon nite at 7:24 pm & no other info. When I selected where it is - its still showing it being in Regina at the post office when I dropped it off & its now Wed 10:00 am. So, according to this it hasn't moved in over 39 hours!! That to me is horrible service. Never mind the fact that I had to pay almost $20.00 to mail a pair of small earrings becuz the lady couldn't pull the package thru the plastic to see if it was a parcel or a letter (if she had tried it would have gone thru but guess she wants u to make more money!)

Is not showing progress of the package I'm tracking Does not inspire confidence when unable to see the present location of the package

Excellent customer service

It takes weeks fora simple package to be taken to a post office in my aria then I have to leave work early to get package that should rightfully have been delivered to my house.

I pay $20 for express mail to Ontario from Winnipeg. Over a week my mail is still in transit. Bad service

Always on time with my parcels.

I was supposed to have my phone last Thursday and its been in Winnipeg since last Tuesday at 8 am and it only says its in transit

They say they delivered but I still have not received it

Only received 1\2 of package.

Why the hell would my parcel go to Quebec when it belongs in ontario

Adter 20 days waiting, still they don't know where is my package, and in to their system shows my package arrived in Mississauga 20 days before. It's a whole messed up..!

Waited all day for my sisters ashes to arrive and even though I kept updating the tracking, it never showed up.

Worst service I had experienced with Canada post..
