I do not understand why International mails from Calgary has to go through Montreal

2 months ago I mailed family in England some pictures and family history. 2 months later, traking shows it in Montreal. Thats 6 hours from were it was mailed.

My parcel was sent March 7,2021 and still hasn’t arrived at my daughters house .

My package was supposed to be here today and it’s still apparently in Richmond I live in Kelowna I should have gotten my package TODAY yet nothing not even a notice. I paid for my package to be here within 5 days it’s been 7 days I feel like the postal service just doesn’t care about what people pay for

In transit? No kidding but where is it now?

How is this express? 7 days to go 25 km and still no package in sight. And tracking? For 7 days it just says in transit. Canada Post, you are thr suckiest of all companies that ever sucked! I should have put my envelope in the mouth of a blind dog.

Such a garbage company. Said that they came to my house to drop off a package and didn’t. Next day said they were on their way and never showed up. Eventually said that pick up instructions were left on the door.... total lie. Way to stay relevant Canada post.

Very rude n langley. Mail boxes are more important than people stood I front of scales for 5 min. While she had the door open to all the folks who use box numbers.

totally unreliable and undependable service. i don't know where my package is? i suoppose to receive it on April 9,

Very professional and on time service

My package was returned to sender with no attempt at delivering it did not even reach the correct post office in Bath NB it was returned to sender from Dieppe NB. TO SAY I AM ANGRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!

Item arrived Canada April 8 you can't find it two weeks after arrival

Back in the 90s it was one of the best postal service in the world, but unfortunately it became one of the worst company ever seen in the world for the past two years. Rates are outrageous, and I became disgusted with the shipping rates. Imagine you're shipping a used watch you've just sold online for $25 dollars to a buyer in the UK and end up paying $27 dollars with tracking to have it shipped. Since i could order big parcels from Europe and China that don't even cost the sender over $10 dollars with tracking number to have them shipped to Canada. I have recently shipped a padded envelope containing a cheap ladies watch from Windsor-Ontario to Comber-Ontario and was charged $17 dollars. I hate Canada Post due to the extreme high cost of shipping, and the most ridiculous part it's when they grab that stupid measuring tape and go by centimeters. We want to buy local, deal with local instead of dealing with competitors such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, but when our local companies are like wolves, we better off dealing with foreign companies. Very dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted by Canada Post.
