You haven't got a rating from me yet because you keep delivering my packages to somebody else. Expensive packages. I have yet to receive any package I ordered, but somebody got it because you say it was delivered. Well it wasn't delivered to me and I paid for it. I accidentally pushed two stars. You don't deserve any stars.

Two months and still waiting

I have send my documents to USA through Canada post.its been more than 2 months but not yet reached.

Sent off my taxes from April 9 via express mail. We've been seeing it was set to deliver "today" from Wednesday. I am still wondering is "today" has the same meaning. This is ridiculous.

I have been waiting for a parcel from mississauga ont since Feb 20.21 and is now April 15 21 and still says in route. So much bs.!!!!!!

Fast and secure

If i could give them no stars i would. I order a lot from amazon and everytime i see its canada post that delivers I know for a fact i will not receive my package. I have talked multiple times with the supervisor of my area and everytime she was condescending and rude. I wish I could choose which company would deliver my packages and apparently I am not the only one considering the beautiful 2.13 stars for over 3K reviews. Get you sh*t together canada post.

Not sure why an express post package travels west when it’s supposed to be going east. So much for 2 day delivery

Been good so far

The speed and tracking system is impressive and transparent. I love it.

Fairly abysmal. Parcel tracking leaves a lot to be desired. Paid for mail forwarding when my dad moved. At least some of it is getting delivered to new address, do there is that to be thankful for I guess
