I had asked the clerk if I could have my envelope delivered in 3 business days using express post and getting a signature upon arrival, she said yes and it would. Cost$17. 23 for an envelope that had a weight of 0. 022kg, I sent my envelope on Jan 18th/21 The envelope arrived on Monday the 25th of January, So My question is why pay for a 3 day delivery that was told to the consumer by the postal employee, when on fact it took 7 days, had I known this beforehand, I'd have sent it via Purolator or fed ex, this delay created a mess that I had to deal with making multiple phone calls and giving false promises all because your employee delivered false churn or she just didn't care, shame on you as a large company where people rely on you, next time perhaps an email will be better and one day we won't need Canada post and you can only blame yourselves for your piss poor service.

The WORST customer service EVER!!!! My package is still missing and after being on hold three times yesterday, they said they would return my call in TWO DAYS!!!

Format to enter tracking # too confusing. Cost ($18) to ship a parcel from Sudbury too expensive, won’t do this again.

Very disappointed. Paid for package to go to NY in 5 days. It went from Calgary to BC and is now in California and it has been 10 days. No ETA or anything. Waste of time and money. Never again.

A very fragile box of medication to be signed and delivered to the house, delivered to the mail box in freezing conditions today!! Good thing the box has a big green sticker, reading PROTECT FROM FREEZING. Terrible service

Tracking report is never accurate. I mailed parcel on the 19th from Red Deer, tracking shows it in Calgary today the 25th, so 6 days to go 150km! Destination is Ontario, so still a long ways to go! Destination is Northern Ontario, so still a long was to go!
