Express mail taking too long

You never update where package is daily. Pay for the box .. if it fits it ships. In Ontario supposed to be delivered 1-3 days .. 2 days No update to where it is and when will be delivered .

worst than a third world country mail service,next time will use FedEx or UPS.

So disgusted!!!! Posted a small pkg on December 4 from NS to BC for 17$. Tracked it to Vancouver. No show. Opebedxa picked January 4. Not one word fro. Canada Post. No accountability!! Now what?? It is January 10 presently.

How does a package addressed for Amsterdam Netherlands wind up in Mexico 75 days later? Never using cp again for overseas delivery.

I posted one letter on Dec. 10, 2020. It was was sent under registerd letter, but it has not reached the destination even after January 18, 2021. Will U pl. let me know the day of delivery. If this the service Canada Post is giving then Rating will be below normal. The letter was sent to India, the Tracking No. is RN490219138CA.

I am waiting for a parcel coming from Kingston Ontario. The parcel left Kingston on january 4 and was in Mississauga on january 6. 12 days after the parcel is still in Mississauga. How long time the it will need to come in France ?

I sent my registered mail to Korea on Nov 24. Still not delivered!!! It took 50 days to get on a flight a few days ago. Terrible experience. I sent a complaint email and they reply to me that they will try to resolve the problem in 3 months!!!!

I have searched are avenues to try and find out why the parcel I sent has been sitting in Richmond B.C. All sites say the parcel is in transit. Well its not in transit as it has been been in the Richmond depot since January 6th !! I have a tracking number on it and all it keeps saying, in Richmond B.C. in transit. All the phone numbers I was give all say the same thing. Totally a useless system. I give Canada Post a 1 !!

Pretty slow and unhelpful

Staff at post office were rude and complaining about parcel deliveries that they just hated processing them. Basically told me they did not want to be taking boxes for delivery. Then it took 6 days to get parcel delivered from Windsor to Mississauga which is a 3 hour drive. Just awful service.

My package arrived Oct. 13/2020 and I still don't have it. Enough said.
