On average we’ve been very pleased with timing. Staff at post offices have been helpful & courteous & cheerful.

It is taking to long and being told that there are delays and still haven't gotten it

Horrible experience, never in my life I will use this service. They made a mistake with some important documents and one week later my documents came back due to a processing error. I paid $16 for next day delivery and one week later my package is still in Niagara falls. Please think twice before using Canada Post, there are way better options!

Have followed the tracking and the parcel was suppose to be delivered by the end of today. Well its 10 p.m. and no parcel. Tracking number 0104721000537253. I sent the parcel January 5th and the parcel has sat in Richmond, B.C. for over a week. Todays date is January 12th. I had trackkng on it and gave followed it then like I said the parcel has been sitting in Richmond, B.C for a week. Then this evening the tracking said the parcel would be delivered by the enx of today. I will not be using Canada Post unless I absolutely have to. I a lot and had the parcel tracked. What a waste of my money !!

Canada post got the worst delivery service of any delivery service in canada...tracking is never updated..people pay for getting this service complete I don't know if they need to hire more people or they r just lazy sorry I would give them a 0 in sevice

Absolutely terrible service. 2 weeks for an item to get from Moncton to Halifax. 3 days and counting to get from Hqifax to the south shore after being stamped departed from Halifax. If I did my job that poorly, I would be fired

Disappointing, parcel from Dec 2 till Jan 7 was in canada ( Edmonton-Montreal ) then Jan 11 was in Germany as a final destination?! Need more expedite inside Canada !
