Worst shipping ever seam. My stuff was Moncton than went to Saint John NB than back to Moncton.

Tracking is never updated. Have lost my pkgs twice and another one is missing. Very frustrating. I have paid for an item I haven’t received and not sure I will.

I mailed a parcel on a Fri. and it made it to its destination in Yorkton on Mon. Great service!

Sent a flat rate package Nov. 24 from Hamilton. Arrived in Stoney Creek (still Hamilton) on the 25th. Tracking system says it’s still there Dec. 9th. That’s 11 business days. Extremely disappointed.

Sent 3 parcels to same address in Ab. on Nov 30. One has been misspent to Calgary dec 8 and as of Dec 10th no further info. Tracking system is lacking.

Track # 0514888000456687 missent to calgary by wpg cpc and at present as of 00:07 dec 8 in calgary Where is info for Dec 9th and now it is today Dec 10th 2020. Track and trace is behind for info on my parcel besides being missorted and all 3 parcels were going to same address.

Mailed 4 parcels on nov 11th 2020 fr. Wpg at 12 48pm. One to Vic, BC still on route. Mailed 3 to St Albert AB. to same address all ParEped.Sm.Busines. Checked tracking and one been missorted to calgary. Ab. Need confirmation on when will be corrected . It has been in your system now for almost 10 days and should not have taken truck from wpg to call that long as it is a major cpc city destination.

Canada post will charge you extra $ to send priority post. However they have no intention of honoring that arrangement. As a customer you also have no recourse to pursue the matter. They know this and bilk us Canadians out of millions of every year. I recommend any other package delivery service before Canada post. Don't waste your money or time.
