I have used Canada post for the last time. They act irresponsible and have lost several pieces of mail during the year. I will only use UPS and FEDEX and it will be my pleasure to overpay

Mailed a parcel and it took 5 days to move from Kingston to Mississauga, now it has been in Mississauga for over a week. It is going to Alberta so I wonder how long it will take to get there! Not impressed!!

worst ever they say there 100 percent on point on there deliveries yet cant find any the exact on tracking smfh!

I haven't had a bad experience in years. Sometimes it may get backed up with CP but they have always seemed to conduct themselves like professionals.

I never received my package!!!

I sent my document 3 weeks ago from toronto to NS ( sydney) , yet in the transit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slowest courier of them all. Always expect to wait at least an extra 10 days after your expected delivery date. Horrible service. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

Zero consistency. Not following paid/sign for requirements. Leaving parcels where they could easily be taken. Worst tracking system ever. Cant get a human on the phone for assistance. The list of faults is lengthy.

Parcel showing at same distribution site 3 days in a row, showing as arriving 2 days ago. System wildly inaccurate

My parcel has been in transit for 10 days now. I was told delivery would be in 4-7 days. I know it is busy but not sitting at the same place for 8 days. If I could give you zero stars I would have.

Pleasant, affordable and manage to deliver parcels to me on time and my customers without fail.

I wish I could give it 0 stars instead. Honestly the tracking is so inaccurate and so unreliable. Every time I try to track my package the arrival date keeps changing on the day it was originally supposed to arrive. And NO this is not due to Covid as Canada post has always been like this so dont use the current situation as an excuse.
