Sure takes a long time for parcel to leave Calgary. Mailed Thursday PM - checked in tracking - still being processed in Calgary. After that - blank

Tracking is not up to date. Disappointing that I spent extra money on this.

I paid $14 to make sure my letter arrived at a decent time in Crossfield. I sent it Dec 5. It still hasn't arrived and it's a week later , so I checked the tracking number and it got sent to Lethbridge. Why did I bother to pay the extra money if you were just going to screw it up and it won't arrive now until who knows when. I could have just sent it normally and it probably would have got there the same time. You owe me $14.33 . Thats what I paid to get it delivered faster. My name is Brad Mcewen. Service is absolutely disgusting i have a home address and thet took the package to an unknown business

Sent a parcel from Stavely Alberta to be sent to Erickson, Manitoba December 2. 2020. It has been in Calgary since December 3, 2020. Map view shows its still in Calgary. Today is Saturday, December 12, 2020. Has not been received in Manitoba. What the hell?

Small package shipped from Hillview, Nl on Dec 02 bound for Barrie, ON. Dec 12 still only as far as Montreal, QC. Very slow delivery process

Honestly, probably the worst delivery anywhere... slow.... they always lose your packages. Over priced for terrible service... I could drive my mail or package faster to it’s destination. Not talking about just Christmas it’s all the time.. worst service ever... Use fed ex or purolator or. As northern reputable company you’ll be happy. You did.

disappointed in the length of time this parcel took. accepted at Red Deer post office on Nov 30. Processed in Edmonton Dec 6 which is 1.5 hours drive took 6 days. Processed in Richmond BC Dec 11 which took 5 days for a 2 hour flight. Still has not reach the border almost 2 weeks from sent date to now. Hopefully US mail can move it faster. And all this for $30 for 2.243kg parcel. I think this is unacceptably slow.

Kept changing delivery status after staying home all day.

Terrible. Package apparently hasn't moved from original place it was accepted but it's supposed to be delivered today halfway across the country. Not accurate at all.

Canada Post is horrible. 6 weeks for a parcel to get from B.C to Saskatchewan. They were no help when I inquired on it, I had to contact the sender to set up an inquiry, 2 days later I received parcel. Numerous other parcel I am waiting for, no updates tracking info, so no idea if it’s on route or not! This is my personal deliveries. Work mail is even worse!!! They lost mail, mail that was sent over 2 months ago we still have not got! Opened up a trouble ticket for missing 5 customer payments, they were to email our company after opening the ticket, they did not and can’t get ahold of anyone to follow up on ticket. Next time they threaten strike action for more money or benefits, fire them all and rehire people that may actually do their job.

My order was processed in Calgary Nov 27, it is Dec 12. Tracking still showing it in Calgary

I’m waiting for my products from Wednesday 9 dec every day is showing next day it will arrive but till today I didn’t get it I ordered some Xmas gifts to give if I dnt get it then never trust Canada post again

Very unfriendly old canadian women who dont say good morning, but rather stare at you like a robot. Not friendly or warm at all.
