Canada post is the worst delivery out there. Never on time, no one knows anything, and they offer zero help. I am now no longer willing to order from any company that uses Canada post for delivery. Just brutal. They don’t give a rats behind about the customer but constantly complain

I paid for express delivery and tracking... my package is 2 days late and it wont let me track it.

Tracking only shows date the parcel left, December 2nd, arrived in Stoney Creek December 3rd. Then, nothing. Parcel destined for Vancouver BC. Where is it? Today is December 14th!

Very disappointed with Canada post parcel service right now. Have had a parcel sitting in Richmond BC for over a week now and another one that's been sitting in Edmonton for a week. I get that it's busy right now ,so hire more staff!

What’s the point of having a tracking number if it never gets updated. Package was sent 10 days ago and no updates.

my article was inducted Dec 1st in Saskatoon and has no further tracking since. It is now Dec 14th and nothing. Not sure where it is. I will call customer service today. If you can keep me posted.
