Horrible suppose to have parcel dec 8 it’s now dec 16 where is it???????!!!!!

I sent a priority letter since december 2nd My letter reached Paris on December/4 it didn't move. The receiver didn't receive it. My letter still in Paris after 12 days Tracking number 305269658700 I am planning to sue post Canada

I ordered a parcel from amazon it was delivered to canada post in Mississaga Ont on November 27th it was processed on Dec 5th and after that there is no tracking info available. This is unacceptable.

Disappointed. Tracking has nor been updated since Dec 11th. Today is Dec 16th Still saying package is in Mississauga

Information given ( or better worded "the lack there of" information given ) when tracking a package is poor. Example all you can see is " awaiting package arrival" NO KIDDING tell me more, why, where it is and what the delay is! Also when can it be expected ? Information is a wonderful thing.

Zero consistency. I've been tracking a parcel that was expected to arrive 2 weeks ago. It made it all the way from Ontario to Richmond, BC in a day, and the tracking said it was expected to be delivered 2 days later. But 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived and the tracking now shows it having sat in Richmond for almost 2 weeks and it is now on its way to Kelowna! I live in Kamloops. Tracking now says it will be delivered this Friday...another 3 days away. When all is said and done...approx 4 weeks to get from Richmond to Kamloops?? Under no circumstances is this ok.

Hate Canada post. The worst business entity in Canada. Why do we have to buy insurance to protect ourselves from Canada Post's incompetent service levels? If i asked my business customers to purchase insurance to protect them from my incompetent behavior, they would escort me off the job site. Lol

Have sent a package 2 weeks today and still not there and can't find anything on the tracking of it not happy

I've been tracking my small package that's been sitting idle in Montreal since last Wednesday. Unacceptable.

Very fast, efficient, and a fair price compared to other services.

My package should be delivered by now. In 5 days it hasn't left London depot. Paid $27. To have package delivered in 3 days. What a joke. Start getting honest with people and stop having your people lie and selling a time limit that doesn't exist.

My items have been in Winnepeg since Dec.8th.was notified o delivery on Sat. 12th that it would arrive the next day. Today the 15th hacking says still I winnepeg....what the.....

You are wasting your own money and my time! My parcel had to go to a place 2 hours west of Saskatoon. Grow up and change this mess you have going thru!

Still stuck in Stony Creek since Dec 9th. What gives.
