Put in a customer's tracking number & it says it was accepted where I sent it from. Wtf. Useless.

Extremely poor service. I paid for a tracking number and delivery of an item. Other , later posted mail, is being delivered. My item just went off the radar and I have no idea where it is. Should have been delivered on Dec. 11th. No where to be found and yet no acceptable response form Canada Post. I would like a refund!!!!!!!!

Express Posted a package ten days ago. Shows no updated information, no location where it is in transit. Expensive lesson. Terrible service.

Never able to receive parcel from Canada Post even when I stay at home. The postman is too lazy to bring out the parcel to deliver. Even worse is the postman not even give you the delivery notice but cheat that he did so. When I checked the website, he cheats that he has given out the deliver notice to me! It's not the first time. This becomes his routine! Why we need to pay for service when we end up need to pick up the parcel by ourselves?!

Not able to track package past Richmond BC a week ago that cost over $180 to send to UK

Canada Post is a disgrace. Pandemic or not hire more people that will get the job done. You sell express and expedited yet claim you can no longer guarantee the service but hey, take my money for it anyhow!!

Everything i have ever ordered online being delivered by Canada Post has been late!
