Excellent service at 415 The Westway, Etobicoke On, by Jovy

Almost always having delayed delayed deliveries, and keep changing delivery times.

They never left a sticker or my door nor did they leave a pickup address on the site. So now I have to call again which takes forever

I pay more for 7 day delivery and they took almost 30 days and to the wrong part of the country now we fight for money back because of staff negligence.

I paid a little extra for 4 day delivery and it looks like it has, at least arrived in the city of destination. Will update when deliver. Thanks

I dont know why you bother having a tracking number . 90%of the time the info is off by a province or two. All it does is piss people off. I would have thought that the most pathetic thing about Canada post would be the rate at which priority post travels.....BUT no it's actually the inaccuracy to track a parcel accurately that's worse. How hard can it be to tell where something moving at what appears to be a fast WALK is?

Never had so many packages "go missing" while paid premium for tracking... you can't call it tracking if you lose it and can't "track" it down. CP has takes zero responsibility and zero accountability. 6 packages in two years "lost". Paid for mail forwarding for an entire year... Not one price of mail came.. called them and they claimed that I never got any mail to forward, u til I showed them the videos of me mailing myself 5 different letters from 5 different locations, I was reimbursed with no apology, random cheque for the amount I paid for mail forwarding came in with nothing attached to it. Absolutely atrocious "company".

After leaving my parcel at the airdrie post office nov 12 it's now Monday and it's still in Calgary what is wrong with this service took 3 days to get yo Calgary i could have walked faster i also could have drove it to Sarnia faster

My parcel to Seattle leaving from Calgary goes through customs in Richmond, BC. So one would think that the parcel would then go to Seattle. Nope Canada Post sent it to San Francisco and then it will go to Seattle. Thank goodness there isn’t valet parking at the Calgary sorting facility or else my car could have been parked in Regina.

Very Accurate And up to date

They’ve been dropped off on my front door at 17:25. I am at home, and no ring, no message and no phone. After that I check the tracking number, it said delivered. It is 23:00, and I open my door the parcel till there. If it loss who take responsibility? Don’t use ‘Canada post’ on your delivery. Do the pick up in store.

I've been tracking a package for months and Canada Post has been no help at all and now I've paid for an item I'll never receive.

Why did it take 3 days to go from airdrie to Calgary I could have walked there faster and no updated

We were told on friday that there were no more guarantees anymore, but i see on the transit track page it should be in Ottawa around 20:45 tonight very impressed
