Should have been delivered on 12th November. Okay, you may have received the shipment late, but its been in Richmond for 2 days being processed??? You would think that Canada post would at this time of year work weekend too. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed with your delivery service.

Privatize Canada Post and bring in executives that can run a parcel delivery service. Unions are not the answer.

Canada Post employee at Regina was great to deal with, knew his job and explained what he was doing to us very clearly. He told us everything we had to do and explained it very well. We were most pleased. Excellent job.

The worst of all public services. Lazy people get jobs at the Post office

I was told The package Would arrive on Friday Disappointed in your claim for one day express service.

I’m really sad to admit I use Canada post. It seems when you order something from anywhere else besides amazon your package is never on time and most of the time it sits I’m Mississauga while they twiddle their thumbs waiting for their checks and once and awhile you’ll by chance receive your package with no BS but good luck with that.

I know nothing from checking the track after 2 days. As far as I can tell it hasn't moved from where I dropped it off.. after 2 days!

How do I give a minus 5 stars. Canada post needs to be broken up

Good service and express delivery

Amazon advised that my parcel had been delivered and was ready for pickup. CP did not leave a notice. No idea where my parcel is - local CP says it can’t help me without a delivery notice.

My item was supposed to ship Monday, it’s now Friday and my item is still in the same place it was dropped off

Absolutely horrible. We paid FedEx for Express shipping of live frogs to a customer . Fedex passed the order to Canada post. Canada post has not been helpful at all. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. After complaints and trying to save our animals. A supervisor was supposed to call us back within a 4 hour window... almost 24 hours later still no call. Horrible customer service!!!!

Ps5 was due for delivery Nov 12th for my son. Stayed home allday, no delivery. Received it Friday 13th @ noon. I guess due to covid they are doing their best. Maybe hire more people...
