Very upset that my husband sent an envelope express 3 day delivery and it took 11 days to get to me. Now, I’ve returned something to zoo don Ontario and it got there Nov 2 and it stayed it was out for delivery and now it says delayed. It is now the 13th November and it is still not delivered. They don’t have an answer for me of why it’s delayed. Very poor service. Especially when someone sends something by regular mail 2 provinces over and it gets delivered in 3 days......

I love Canada post you go from sea to sea. However my question is why the postmaster in Souris Manitoba Keeps returning numerous packages. And not even telling the customer

I sent a parcel for a birthday from Straffordville Ontario on Nov 3 it sat in Mississauga for5 days and now 3 days in Richmond BC. He won't be there in time for the birthday on the 14th. Desapointed

Canada Post lost my package and then refused to compensate me for my items. When I complained the representative told me it was my responsibility to go on Canada Post website and look into insurance for my package and purchase the insurance in order for Canada Post to compensate me. I find this to be very rediculous. Instead of the customer having to do their own research, how about training your staff to give all relevant information to the customer. I personally would not recommend Canada Post. I prefer to ship with another company. This is poor customer service.

Always loses packages. Use another delivery service

No clue what takes this company to get mail from one spot to another so long

Ordered an item that was suppose to be guaranteed delivery on Nov. 11. Saw that it actually arrived in Sault Ste. Marie morning of the 11th. Still have not received it at 2 pm on the 12 so I called. Spoke to a person who then told me it is suppose to be delivered by Monday Nov. 16. I told him it arrived here yesterday am and he said he wasn't sure where it was and had no answer. What kind of tracking system is this. 2 other people I know received there's actually on Nov. 11 and mine is no where.

Why it supposed to ship to my address in Vancouver. Then they delivered to someone where in Calgary for someone? In q tracking routes The parcel passed by my address and kept moving to another city? I don’t get that

The postal worker was awesome

I am supposed to receive my ps5 november 12th and they are too lazy for do they work and they choose to delever november 16.....when they can delever november 13 becaus its a Friday.
