This has got to be the worst postal delivery service i have ever used numerous packages lost in mail horrible customer service ,no answers " call us back on the 17th if you still havent recieved package " that's a 3 week wait on a 3 day delivey costing me 20 bucks ×2 you dont even deserve 1 star the whole lot should be fired ...so what now I take the Express shipping out of my pocket? Not to mention the time ... And canada post customer service help is in Mexico lol English is not there 1st language how do I know ? Cause I have spent hours on the phone with 5 different agents non can speak English...WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE POSTAL SERVICE ...F.C.P

You have horrible service. My item has been out for delivery for 2 months, since September 3, 2020.and your investigation only confirmed that it hasn’t been delivered. The seller through Amazon won’t return my more or follow up with the tracking. Again, horrible service.

I paid $80.84 to send a package to Scotland UK.... airmail.... I’ve entered my tracking number and it’s in Montreal?... why?????... it better not be going “ slow boat”... why did I pay airmail rates?... for it to be in Montreal? Package was taken to post office Nov 5th.... it should’ve been at destination by now

Never actually attempt delivery. They either just leave a card or say they left a card when they haven’t. Very annoying when you are waiting home for the delivery and all they have to do is knock!

I paid for priority delivery and a week later, all Canada Post can say is that there has been a delay and they don’t give refunds. And I paid $94 for no service.

I always miss the mail and the mailman put it in the wrong box . Some times ppl bring it to me and some time they don't. Recently I missed a parcel which showes its delivered but I did not receive it

Terrible. If I could sum up the reliability of deliveries, Priority Couriers to to regular everyday mail... just atrocious. I guess this is the downside to unions... people feel too safe in their jobs and it quickly deteriorates into a circus. Canada Post is no exception. If you like long waits and lost packages, all of the way to rude employees and managers who lie and give you their word on things they've no intention of doing, Canada Post is your dream come true!
