Nothing on time. Ever

Delivery has gone way down.

Package mailed in Whitby, Ontario headed to New Brunswick. It went from Whitby to Mississauga, then to Calgary before heading East! No wonder deliveries are always late. Customers service is terrible too.

I like how now I can see where my package is but before there was an estimated arrival which apparently is now unavailable? Or at least not easy to access as I've been trying to figure it our for 15 minutes.

Canada Post 1424 Stanford Fleming Ottawa.Staff friendly polite and knowledgeable. Parcel was delivered in 2 days. Excellent!

Canada Post is second to none. Slow expensive service carried out by employees with attitude because they are Union people that don’t want to work.

I am always satisfied with Canada-post services in delivering my packages as well as their employees‘ work.

After seven weeks , I did not receive my citizenship certificate. It was never received. Immigration department reissued new one and send it by purolator

On October 17, 2020 I send a registered letter containing very important documents to Bank of Ceylon in Sri Lanka. Up to November 7, 2020 I am to track this letter. Even the Canada Post unable to find the where about this letter. Please let me know how to find this letter for me.

I sent a letter Express Post from Sudbury to Richmond Hill. I paid the fee on Oct. 20th. It was delivered Fri. Oct. 30th. at 13:54. So much for two to three business days delivery. This service is just not good enough.
