Canada Post is getting as bad as the USA postal service

Your information is not updated. I had a parcel in one area for 4 days...meanwhile it was waiting for me at the post office. Info not current. That's frustrating

Poor service I’ve been waiting for a package for over 3 months and still haven’t received it.

Whenever it’s an option I avoid using Canada post because you guys are unreliable . From loosing packages to leaving a slip , meaning my package has arrived .. only to go & find out that it’s not really arrived yet . You should change your name . Oh & if I could I would give you 0 stars that’s what you truly deserve

Deliveries are never on time

Horrible, my parcel was picked up on Monday as express, today is Friday and the truck is still in Edmonton The parcel supposed to be shipped to Medicine Hat Hoping I’ll get it soon!!!

They do a great job

I was told 4 days, well the package has not made it in the 4 days!! I paid xpost!! What a joke!!

So Canada Post says they attempted delivery but did not, I call in to customer service and am told my address does not exist, argue with Rep that I've had items delivered here before and then ask to speak to manager and she hangs up on me. Canada Post shouldn't be allowed to deliver parcels if this is how they handle things. Absolutely worst customer service ever.

Canada Post is loosing business to independent courier services, for a reason.

Always get my parcels through canada post very promptly.Very courteous and friendly staff and drivers!

always have have someone else's mail in my box the last month. Sometimes upto 3 diffrent addresses in my box what the heck.
