Worst service ever. You pay for international tracking and there is no information for 4 weeks and counting because Canada post have not presented the package to CBSA. Completely unreliable.

Sent out Friday express post Paid 28.80 two letter’s one sent to Toronto And one sent to Hamilton from Brantford Toronto was received On Monday at 13:42 hrs. Tuesday going to Hamilton out for delivery at 15:22 hrs and hasn’t been delivered Why ? Told clerk at post office it was time sensitive and paid too much for this service Please respond Ticked off!

I think there is someone stealing people pkg there 2 times they've have lost my pkg. How coincident.

April of this year I sent a pkg to Jamaica sea and they lost it. October 3, 2020 I sent another pkg to Jamaica by Air and seem like they lost it once again. Pkg did not ship to Jamaica according to customs and the tracking info, I have been given the run around ever since, supervisor agreed to call me and they never did. Customer service is horrible and horrendous.
