Always polite and respectful when making deliveries on foot or by vehicle!

Canada Post Express mail is not express. Just a small envelope from Vancouver Island to Honolulu Hawaii and after four days tracking shows it's somewhere in Calfornia. What's wrong with direct flights from Vancouver to Hawaii? I could put it in my pocket and be there in less time. Disappointed.

Ridiculously slow. No tracking details. What century do they think they’re operating in? Useless.

The most expensive delivery service and the only service that does not deliver to my door! Delivery takes far too long to process! I'd give zero stars if I could. Sry....pick it up Canada Post!

I paid $65 for Express post from Nanton AB to the UK posted 10am Monday Oct 26th the document should have arrived Friday Oct 30th it is now Sat Oct 31st and the document is now in Montreal why is Canada post still in business, stupid me I should have sent it by carrier pigeon it would have been there now

Delivery within given timeline and great tracking info.

My packages are always delayed, and tracking is never detailed enough. I don't even know where package is, and it says 'in transit'; its Saturday!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a guitar amplifier online. The shipping was with Canada Post. It said delivered to my front door... Not the case, it was left in the middle of my driveway for anyone to take..It was raining that day. The package says FRAGILE, KEEP DRY, AND THIS SIDE UP. None of the above. Thanks alot. A little angry about that.

It take forever Until now no receiving the item

Sent a small parcel from cape breton to edmonton, stopped in Montreal for 3 days .no valid reasoning for such a delay.

I try not to have anything shipped with Canada Post anymore because it seems every time I do there is an issue. They have lost items, sent to the wrong place, are usually delayed, and I have even had items stolen from the community box. Each of these times they are less than helpful and say, “sorry.” But I am basically on my own to figure it out with the seller. This needs to change. They need to be held accountable, especially when they are Canada’s main courier. It is embarrassing that they can’t seem to get their act together and deliver a package properly.

Can’t rely and trust was send a parcel by xpress 3 days,now 5 days still not arrived

2 days and it hasn't left Ottawa for over $14.00 Express post.

This disfunctional corporation would go bankrupt within a year if they ever had to transition to a private business. Horrible service.
