I paid $16.00 for express post...5 days later the package is not there and will not arrive until Nov 4. Ridiculousness. Poor, poor service. Don't pay express or preferred tx because you will not get it.

The only reason they are still in business is because they are a government service. Any private corporations with such a poor service would go under.

Such a horrible service I have not seen in my whole life, had I sent my post by ordinary post, it would have been received by now, I have paid 77 doller for courier & lost my piece of mind. The parcel was stationed at Montreal for 5 day & then it reached Bombay there also it was lying for 5 days. It has reached Delhi on 24 & Yet to be delivered at my residence what is use of sending by courier,I will ten people not to send any post by courier through CANADA POST it's a certainly a deficiency of service

The most important carrier for across Canada and the World. My parcels are always efficiently processed. It will beat other more expensive couriers if surface mails locally and globally could be processed faster. The post offices are the mandatory despatch services that serve the communities whether residential or business locally and globally that we cannot live without. The postal service enable us to stay connect with families and help boost the profitability of all form of businesses whether for industries, law firms, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers ( large or small). An economic way to send parcels and mails. It also creates many job opportunities. Hope we all value the postal services now and forever. Helena Ho, Newcastle, Ontario, Canada.
