If I could, I would rate it -5 . I sent my parcel by air, paid a big money and its sitting in Mississauga for 9 days!!!!! What is wrong with you Canadiens? Start working or let others to work!

A parcel left the USA and today September 9 still have not received.

Excellent. On time. No issues

Unsatisfied. August 26th order placed to recieve it on 3-5 business days. 28th shipping process started ..we are Sep 8th and haven't recieved mom's gift, her birthday was 2 days ago

How is it possible that a package arrives from the UK through can post faster than our own local express post. Paid 10.00 plus tax to be told it could be 10 to 12 days to new west. Also if it doesn't fit in the box dont tear the bag/box to make it fit. Leave it outside the door.

This is absolutely terrible. What a mistake.

Canada Post said my package delivered by at least bin 2 days and thats express but its going to be longer and I paid the extra money for what to be deliver on the same day if I sent it the cheap way

Sept 6, 2020 Really terrible service with Canada Post and trying to track a package Its been since Sept 1st and my package did arrive in Burlington , Ontario I'm expected to pay COD charge before package can be handed over to me I already paid -$70. for an online order .

Mailed a Express parcel on Aug. 26 2020 today is Sept 06 2020, it still has not arrived. Canada Post is a terrible service. I want my money back .

Service is pathetic, hours are shorter than banks, packages get left in one spot for days on end, and stuff gets lost. I could go on, but I'll just say that EVERY opportunity to avoid CaPo I get, I take.
