Good express service tracking ok

Small envelope package left Shubenacadie main post office Tuesday Sept 8, tracking shows it was processed in Halifax on Wed Sept 9.It is now Sun Sept 13th and there is no updated tracking info since Sept 9. Package going to Toronto. Poor service on tracking. Unacceptable if package still sitting in Haifax with the high postal rates charged!! Thinking about using alternate shipping methods for my packages. It took 18 days for a business envelope to reach Toronto customer in May.

Extremely DISAPPOINTING...unreliable. it's so bad that I have sent AMAZON a written request NOT to send my purchases to me via CANADA POST. I get there is a pandemic, but , we are now in September..surely they should have adapted by now , like the rest of us ?

it says that tracking#2013932204938910, was delivered Friday Sept.11, and there was a key for A8 box in my mail box, but when I opened A8 BOX ,It was empty ,

I have sent a small package of pills to my wife at Vancouver on tuesday. Option 3 days delivery and at Saturday the package was not delivered yet. Why I paid for 3 days delivery? They (poste canada) do not care. They have to reimburse me. Poor service.

Canada Post has significantly improved their delivery service. We send many parcels within Canada from Ontario to B C., Quebec & Nova Scotia. Also, several each year to Germany. The service has been stellar, parcels mostly always received on time & in excellent condition. Thank you Canada Post.

We send many family & friends parcels. Canada Post has greatly improved their delivery service as the parcels are always delivered on time & in good condition. Much appreciated. Only one complaint: The cost seems to have increased considerably during the same time.

Sent Priority Post envelope on Sept 4th to Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Informed today it's in Richmond Hill Ontario. 6 days to go 100 kms. Very unsatisfied with performance.

Sent parcel express in Sept. 2 2020 from Stettler to Vancouver and it still isn’t there yet!! Good thing for express!!!

been tracking my package all week and it apparently has not moved

Poor service...I sent registered letter on Sept 1st..It was sent from Dartmouth N.S.It was sent to Ontario..After 8 days it has no arrived .I called the #.I went back to post office..They don't guarantee anything during pandemic...They will no longer receive any more business from me..They take your money but no guarantee your product will be delivered..Useless company

Some Canada post Workers steal parcels and complaints are ignored.. and they are lazy and overpaid
