Slow to almost non-existent. Use anyone else if you at all can. It was like this before the pandemic too.

Worst experience ever. It’s my son’s bday , wanted to surprise him with his best gift. Expected delivery was yesterday , I have not received it yet .. !! Not even proper tracking on map, where is it. No one to talk over phone to ask for actual status.

Sent my package on the 22nd, it’s the 27th and According to the package tracking it’s still here!!!

Every time I am awaiting a parcel they automatically send it to my closest post office and proceed to leave a notice when I am home. I have mobility issues and high risk with pandemic.
