I was Reading the reviews and it's so true what they say, bottom line they need to change management to reconstruct this poor service and web tracker

I would not even rate Canada Post with 1 star. Their service is so slow and takes for ever to deliver. They keep saying due to COVID-19 their service is slow. How come other courier services take only 1-2 days whereas Canada Post takes weeks to deliver. The parcels just sit in their yard waiting to be delivered. Canada Post has lost so much business but the Union still doesn’t smarten up.

I never received my package yesterday and it says it was delivered. Also I cannot even find out where my parcel is! Can I even speak to someone to help me?? Terrible app site.

This returned item was a travesty of incompetence. Delivery person should be addressed of his or her lack of ability to take the time to at least contact the office, seller, or addressee for a resolution other than just sending the parcel back to the original sender. Not acceptable job ethic at all !!!!!!!

Was due August 13th. It's August 25th and still no delivery. But I get others mail at least once per month. Postman can't read?

Canada Post delivered three of my parcels somewhere in Ontario instead of BC.......w.t.f I had to give one star in order to send my review otherwise I would have given no star

Excellant service on this piece of mail

not sure what the tracking services is, still in transit but has gone no where that I see. Only showing where its from with no other place on rought. Sooo not impressed with this service

Parcel sent June 9 to UK still not arrived

3 months and package is still in transit somewhere? Worst service ever. Will never use canada post again

Paid for express 16 bucks and got ripped off by the post office because it is taking 4 days to be delivered when it should have just been a day

still waiting for parcel ordered Feb and here it is August. Sitting in BC customs and not moved since March 8th. So not impressed. No notice of what is going on. Seriously need to let the customer know what is going on.

so far 10, TEN, DAYS from mississauga to collingwood...STILL WAITING
