Having worked at gateway, I know the postal front line employees should be proud.

Always inaccurate . Promise to deliver by date but never arrives. Then after that you go back and see more updates and it was so behind. You cant count on this system

guaranteed delivery and actual delivery were a week apart. I had to delay my vacation to wait for it. Not impressed.

I am very pleased with Canada Post.

Said parcel was delivered at 14:44 pm and as of 20:42 still haven’t received

Order never moved in 4 days

It took 5 days for my express parcel to reach Toronto from Niagara. There is no excuse for that length of delivery time. I post parcels to London England on a regular basis and they arrive faster. I will not use Canada post again for parcels and certainly not recommend the service.

never notified out for delivery even though request made to Canada post. Email notification obviously not adhered now. Now I have to go pick up item myself which is inconvenient without having a vehicle.

The map does not work

Totally ridiculous. I paid $132 to track a package to Europe on July 11. It says that after July 16 I can’t track it any further as it’s international! Seriously! Today it’s August 12 and the person has still not received it.

It is frustrating to pay for overnight delivery and it takes an extra day to arrive within the province

They are very slow with sending off packages

Canada Post has been doing a stellar job for me all through these tough times for us all. Big kudos to ALL our postal workers EVERYWHERE. THANK YOU!
