So wish we had another way of sending packages cause Canada Post doesn’t show any care or concern cause they know it’s an essential part of our lives and with that the people are mistreated and more often ignored when asking direct questions!!!!!!

Considering the pandemic and EVERYONE buying online these front line workers who have been as busy as they have ever been with no end in sight. I say they've been doing an excellent job with all these things considered. Everyone needs to relax, unfortunately in these covid times it's going to take a little longer now and with the surge in online shopping Canada Post is getting slammed. And they only deliver 5 days a week. Unlike the US postal service which I believe is 6 days a week. Thanks again Canada Post!. Fantastic job! And I appreciate you guys and girls.

The worst mailing services.

Sent a parcel to Goderich Ontario from Sudbury Ontario unfortunately was advised parcel coyld not be delivered because nobody was there. The building it was to be delivered was Maitland Manor. It is a long term care home opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a week. Beleive you me, there is ALWAYS someone there! A notice was left at the door for the package to be picjed up at a Rexall drug store.....big problem with that...the recipient is a resident who is unable to leave the premises because he is too ill. I, his wife, lives 6 1/2 hours away. Not an oprion for me to go pick it up. By the grace of God, an office personnel took her lunch hour and retrieved the package. I am so grateful to her because enclosed in the package were my husband's reading glasses. I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I paid $20.48 dollars for your services and I am most unsatisfied. To me, this is terrible service. Of course, when I was notified that delivery wasn't possible, I telephoned and spoke with a very kinf gentlemen named: Tyler. Confirmation number: 137095897. My issue wasn't resolved and he politely advised me that a supervisor would contact me by the 17 th of August. Unbelievable. With this lack of service, I hesitate to use Canada Post in the futur. Rest assured that I am not a happy client and would like to seak with a supervisor to discuss te matter personally. I can be reached at 226-377-7749.

Very poor service. My parcel for some reason was delivered to Woodstock.On. It was addressed for Ottawa On. Also very unclear how to contact Canada Post to rectify this issue. How my order went to the wrong city is beyond me.

RATING FIVE STARS FOR SERVICES , getting registered mail to Calgary , AB in two ( 2 ) days..... we still need the post office today & always.....

I live on a small isolated island. For all our online purchases the only reliable and punctual delivery service is Canada post. Without this excellent service our islsnd economy, commerce and jobs would not exist. Thank you Canada post.

apparently sorters and/ or carriers don't know the difference between two cities.. i live in Edmonton and my package gets delivered to someone in Calgary?? Much appreciated CP..

The guy at the post office said that due to Coronavirus pandemic, the parcel could take 1 week to 5 weeks to reach ... even though I paid for express service. A terrible answer to give someone who is paying over $12 for a simple letter sending it via registered mail.

I was skeptical at first when I saw these reviews but decided to give it a try even though what we were sending was extremly valuable. A few impatient days later it came in the mail. It was all in one piece and were thrilled!

Paid for priority post to deliver a parcel from Nanaimo to surrey . I was told 24 hrs and now it’s day 5! I will never use Canada post for anything ever again!! Nice useless tracking service! Another government corporation that is absolutely incompetent! You will never see my business again!!
