Very slow. Package in Calgary August 1st. Has not moved in a week....

My parcel has been Dieppe NB for three days and tracking is not effective/efficient. I have no idea when my parcel will be delivered and it's, apparently, in Charlottetown Now! I understand you are overwhelmed with orders but can you improve on tracking/delivery information? Thankyou

Fast, efficient and courteous service!

I’m trying to track package going to Europe last week showed delay now only shows me to Mississauga to next destination , no delivered no estimated delivery date, no location meanwhile last week I could see it all

I have been waiting for a parcel since May, I look in my mail box almost everyday. Two weeks ago i checked Canada post tracking to see what my parcel was and it showed it was not received yet. I look today and it says there was a card left to say when and where to get my parcel. I never had anything left for me, and I've been getting upset with the company and not you guys. I'm going tonight to see what you guys can do about this since I never got a card in my mail box or on the door. There is also someone at my house 24/7 and we never saw anyone from canada post.

You lost a tracking parcel with three day guarantee. For an 80th birthday! Insulting to me

I am very disappointed about your services for the money you are asking for a small parcel that I sent from Ontario to Alberta over a week ago and that is not even there yet. It is supposed to take between 3 to 5 days. It left Leamington on Friday July 31rst and we are now August 8th and it did not arrive yet. It is only in Mississauga, Ontario since Thursday, August 6, 2020. What are you thinking? It takes too long and becomes too expensive for the service that we get from you.

Worst service in Canada

Canada Post is a joke. A business which has a monopoly has no excuse for failing like this. Always 20 years behind the times.

Service was friendly and fast in store.Canada Post Registered Mail for my parcel was a great way to go. Delivery across country was fast and secure (arrived the same time Purolator offered!)while saving me $32 and had no issues.
