it's been 5 days since I sent off the package and it still shows that it HASN'T left Halifax yet!?! Either it's Canada Post or this website that isn't working properly.

What has happened to Canada Post? And please don’t blame Covid. It seems that the large mega shippers are pushing regular folks out of the way! Why does it take cover 1 1/2 weeks to send a letter from London Ontario to Toronto Ontario? Why can I not pay for and expect a small package to be sent be expedited mail from London to Toronto? Really incredibly poor service when it used to be quite good. Reset your priorities or at least align them to be the same for everyone!!!!!!!!!

It is disgusting that it takes weeks for something coming from BC takes over 3 weeks. If possible I try not to use Canada Post

Xpress (2-3 day service) from Vancouver to Toronto cost $23 and took 11days. DO NOT USE.

You lost my parcel and the tracking number and calling for help did absolutely nothing you activated it for only 3 days half a lot point on there was nothing I went for weeks and I still have not received it it only had to go from Calgary to Edmonton it took me a month try to get you people to help

Sent my $70 priority post evelope of valuable docs to France instead of Ireland. 2 weeks to return and resend something required ASAP. No place on Can Post web to make an enquiry - just refers you back to tracking #
