The staff in some postal offices need to be better trained. I am so frustrated tha a parcel has been in transit from canada to scotland for nearly 50 days. I later found out i was charged for 1 service but the package was mislabeled, so the package was shipped at a slower pace with basically zero tracking.

Terrible service. Items are continuously put in neighbors box. Engagement ring, delivered to wrong box even though a signature was required (Pre covid). Past month over 500 $ worth of medicine put in wrong box. Not once , but twice. Hire people who can actually read an address correctly. Customer service? "Well, give it a week". Completely unacceptable. Will not be using this service whenever possible. Canada Post = a joke

Worst service ever. No matter what the situation is they always have some for of excuse to say my parcel is going to be delayed. Why is canada post still around? They don't seem to move anything more than what an email will cover. It would be worth it if they could at least provide a service comparable to a courier company. Improve your game post. Tsk

Ive had a parcel which left Aurora, Ontario to London, Ontario sent July 13th and hasn’t reached destination yet! Baffles the mind and i paid for express - what a joke

Prices are way too high. You pay for tracking yet half the time they don't keep up with it. Ive had numerous packages arrive and the tracking wasn't up to date. Expedited never comes in on time so why pay for it. How about canada post reinburses us when they are late. 25% back for 1 day late, 50% for 2 days. 75% back for 3 days. And if its one week late then you get a 100% rebate. Time to take some responsibility for your lack of services.

Not impressed lately. I understand delays due to covid but its ridiculous how long an item takes to be received. Disappointed!

25 dollars to register a letter Thursday and now Tuesday look like the letter still at the post office from the tracking service.....i don't know who's worst Canada post or purolator.

Worst delivery service. Bring back the pony express. They were more competent, capable and dependable. Using Covid as an excuse stating delivery is delayed. The solution isn't to blame someone else. Just HIRE more employees to provide the service they say they offer.

My package has been in transit over a month and still has not arrived. I have no update at all. Where is my package. It is a baby gift. The baby will outgrow the gift before it gets there.

I am tired of Canada Post using Covid as an excuse for very late deliveries. On two separate occasions I paid for express post, a value of $20.00 each time. The packages should have arrived at the destination with two , maximum three days. On both occasions I tracked the packages and on both occasions I watched as the packages sat in the one location for three days before moving onto the final processing destination. It still had to be sorted at that destination before being put on a truck for delivery. Each time it took more than a week for the parcel to reach its destination. Don’t waste your money. Canada post is charging for express when it goes by regular mail. Pathetic
