Terrible terrible service, high rates,and service has not improved over the past 40 years

Ordered a small package on July 13' from BC still waiting.....ordered the same thing from Amazon got it in four days...why would I ever use CP

Mailed 4 packages on 23rd and tracking number shows there still in my city

Electronic age & still parcels gets lost or delayed by weeks

Over priced and way too slow. This crown corporation needs serious upgrading.

Really bad on delivery time...even before the pandemic... They said they attempted delivery but they never did even try.... Twice they did this...i know for a fact because I have a cctv at my front door.. So at the time they said their was a delivery attempt made... They basically flat out lied...

Package got there faster than expected

How would you rate Canada Post? I sent a package by airmail to Wisconson on July 6, 2020. As of today, July 25th, my package has not been received and we have no idea where it is. We have been tracking it every day with no movement since July 10th. I will not be using Canada Post for future mailing. I rate a 0.

Package never arrives on time and now it will be 2 week late

It's to telling me my parcel was delivered and I can't track it

NOT!!! awesome! Delayed, and tracking is even two days behind!

Does not tell me when my package will reach destination

No attempt in facilitating early delivery. Parcel not yet delivered even after 2 months.

Deserved a zero but it is not an option. If any other company was this incompetent they would be out of business
