The service that I paid for was not what I was getting

CP is the worst postal service I have ever dealt with. I paid over $20 for tracking a letter, 10 days later the tracking update is still showing “accepted at post office”. Are they seriously telling me my letter was not scanned at any other location or that it is still sitting at the post office? What is the point of paying for a service but if I the service is not being rendered? This system needs an overhaul.

My package sat in ottawa for 2 days and I live 40 mins away.they must do a better job

First time using it.. was not very accurate

Paid for a 2 day delivery and it a has been 8 days for Express post

I will use another means for my deliveries. Canada post has list my parcels twice. They said was in my mailbox but each time nothing was there! I called Canada post. They were very rude and of zero help. They blamed it the two separate companies.

Lost parcels, parcels come damage and customer service very poor!

Ontario to Alberta parcel 14 days later it was delivered back to my front door. Started over again because recipient and sent from maybe misunderstood. No reason why it came back

I have not had any issues with any of my tracking numbers anytime I’ve used it I think it’s great!!!

Supposed to be 2 day service. On day 14 and still no parcel.

packages never get deliverdd to my house always have to go pick it up from the post office which is not the most convenient place togo

My parcel was delivered and put on my front porch, there are signs saying to use the side door. Because of this, my package was stolen within the 10 minutes it took for me to get my notification of delivery. The delivery driver didn't even try to knock, everyone was home and awake, they just didn't knock.
