My parents sent a book from UK To BC for my daughter back in May 11th. It is STILL sat in Ontario. It’s been processed twice. It’s ridiculous how long parcels remain in customs.

Very dissapointed in delivery service. Took way to long. Ordered washing machine parts july 5th Told it would be here july 10. It is now Tuesday tracked package, spent 2 days in Victoria so far. Should have ordered from Amazon. Would have been here 7 days ago. Laundry piling up.

No wonder no one chooses to use Cda Post anymore---33 minutes on hold----parcel not delivered becausee the post office locker box is not attended---it wasn['t attended for the other 2 parcels !!! Now being mobility challenged I have no way of getting my parcel

Package my city 5 days ago. Totally unacceptable using covid for an excuse for bad service. Had lots of other deliveries on time from other carriers.

I have been paying for expeditrd parcel / overnight delivery and my items don't even leave the post office for delivery for sometimes a week later. I resent paying for overnight service if Canada Post cannot commit to that. I understand during this pandemic, things are moving slower but to not even be out for delivery a week after I send it, is

I bought an Express sm/med envelope for next day service at the cost of $14.95 ,when I went to mail it at post office ,I was told it would take anywhere from 3to 4 days for delivery. That's not acceptable I paid extra for quick service.,and I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR. If I had k own that information I would have sent it by regular mail .not impressed at all

If I could give Canada Post no stars, I would. I've never seen a company have such a hard time getting packages from A to B. Lost packages or week(s) long delays are the norm so keep your expectations of a safe and timely delivery at rock bottom. Until they disband their dinosaur system and adopt some blockchain technology, I'd avoid this dumpster fire and use another shipping provider

My package was sitting at post office for awhile still waiting for it to be delivered only a hour drive from me from where it was shipped from not impressed.

Very slow service and after all this time now i see the status is delivered while I didnt receive anything

After being refused at the time of delivery to the wrong post office on July 3rd, there are no additional updates on where my item is now. I have opened 2 service tickets as the first one was done incorrectly and now have to wait until at least July 20th for update. Item was shipped on June 23 from Toronto and still has not even yet been redirected to the correct post office

It's horrible. The parcel was sent from Russia May 28th and I am still waiting for it. It's too slow. And we paid for the delivery accelerated. Waist of money! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
