Lousy. My package has been in Halifax since Thursday. It is now Monday and I still don’t have it. Canada Post needs to get their act together.

Very slow and bad service ! Losing parcel and forgetting to put keys !

This is a terrible service. My package has been at It's destination and processed since last Tuesday (6 days ago) and still not delivered. I have ordered a number of other pks and been waiting for over 3.5 mts for one, over 2 mts for one over 6 wks for others.

Waiting for a parcel from Quebec, it’s been two weeks... unacceptable ! COVID -19 is not an excuse for poor customer service as this website still shows the items in Montreal being processed

Tracking stopped at shipped from china on july 3rd... where is it???

Having something delved from Canada to Canada by Canada post. Is so slow. I get stuff from the US in half the time.

Very good service despite all the C-19 issues. Much higher than normal parcel / packages with everyone buying online. Keep up the good work CP

Package been sittin in a location for 2 weeks. Would be cheaper to drive down and go get it.

Priority shipped on June 29 for delivery on the 30th. . .today is July 11th and the envelope has still not been delivered. On the 7th couldn't wait any longer so used DHL to do the same delivery and was delivered the next day. I'll leave it for others to decide how they're going to ship in the future.

My parcel was shipped to Saskatoon where it is to be delivered. Now today I check and it’s in Winnipeg. This makes no sense to me. Would like an explanation please ????

Even when they say it's out for delivery it's still sitting in their warehouse. Totally disorganized.

Waiting like over a month... they told it will be delivered within 10-15 days... still waiting and very disappointed
