It took close to a month to go from Toronto to Ottawa. You should be called slow post. You can walk faster.

this is a very good app. It ckearl Was easy to use and clearly indicated the current location if my parcel. However i could not find an area to send a free form note. There was no notice left at my door indicating an attempted delivery

The package could have gotten here faster if it had walked

Canada post cant even do this right....Government incompetence once again.

Been waiting 2 months for a parcel

My package had been on the truck for 2 days and still hasn’t been delivered. Very very disappointed

5 says and still no package why would it go to Regina from Saskatoon instead of straight to north Battleford

I paid for fast shipping did not get my item on time.... waste of money when they ship on whatever time line they feel

just walk your package to the destination it would be faster

Thank-you Canada post!!! Im not sure if my parcel made it "on time" but it is enroute. I am grateful that the people at Post Office were friendly and taking Covid-19 precautions.

Paid 62.00 for a parcel to be expedited to Halifax in 2 days and it ended up being delivered later than promised. So much for the “guarantee” . If you can’t deliver as promised , don’t take the fee!!

Awaiting an order from China, order processed in Burnaby BC on July 01. July 10 tracking shows package in Montreal QC. Delivery is to Edmonton AB. Why does a package travel across Canada and back? Totally disappointed with Canada Post "service???" Rated a 1 because nothing lower available, should be a minus 1 option.

The tracking is rarely accurate and does not detail reasons for delays, which there seems to be many.

3 days later and no information shows when I try to track a parcel. What's the point of tracking

I placed an order, a parcel containing a new hooded jacket, on May 2.. I understand there could be a delay because of the COVID situation, yet it's now into July, and I am unable to find a time or reason, since the item has now entered Canada, why there is still this further delay. The tracking number is LX140608772CN . I am beginning to feel as if I am holding out false hopes in expecting this item, or been "had", and being strung along. Please provide any information or what are true expectations I am supposed to expect. Sincerely SBoughner
