I’ve been waiting for 4 days for parcel to travel 200Km

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Canada post won't tell me where it is or go retrieve it. They screwed up and will do nothing about it

Supposed to get parcel July 7 but no way to find out where it is. Do we need Canada post anymore?

A parcel was sent to myself, Sue Defoor from Calgary Alberta on June 26 and ended up in Montreal Quebec 2 days later, and it is now July 7, 2020 and have still not received it, and I live in Lansdowne ,ONTARIO. Tracking is 4013718741723363 Maybe you should let someone deliver the mail!!!!! This is rediculous!!

My package, going northwest of here (Scarborough), has ended up in Montreal somehow? And stuck there for 10 days? C'mon guys. I've got the most legible writing ever. Where does ON look like QC???

Would rate lower if I could. Stop using covid as an excuse when your service has been absolute garbage for awhile. Everything is late..parcels sit in town for 3-4 days. Why isn't it being delivered. Pathetic.

I ordered two things off amazon. My tracking hasn’t been updated since the end of May. I am so disappointed in the length of time it is taking to receive my packages.

Just walk your package to its destination it would be faster

Horrible service.. waited over a month for delivery which was only 2min away from my place! Will use a different delivery agent from now on

Canada post many times send you a card which is a pick up notice without trying to deliver the parcel, because they don’t want to handle a load. They left me a notice and I was at home waiting my parcel, even when I track it on line it says item out for delivery. I will complain to the sender too because I paid delivery cost for nothing.

Wish every company/person would boycott CP. Rudest CS longest shipping times, zero accountability on their end. If a package is paid for overnight delivery but takes 2 weeks to get there, why do people have to pay more than the price of a stamp.
