Given the extreme number of packages CP is processing (even Amazon has been sending truck loads of packages) I think the have done a great job of stepping up during very challenging times.

Lousy service paid for expedited service that’s a joke.

I don't understand how my parcel is comes to where I live, and instead of coming to me, it's sent to Regina, now it's in Manitoba. Very poor service

My package was supposed to be here today and of course its not i understand covid has messed with alot of things but u still shouldn't be giving people false dates of delivery if you arent gonna actually pull through

Brutal...paid expedited rate for 3 day delivery...tracking system doesn't get updated...last shows left at post office 4 days ago...never again...last time I get disappointed by brutal service...and no guarantee

Been waiting for my parcel for more than a month now.

Very disappointed with canada post my items have been sitting around collecting dust theres no excuse amazon has been on absolute fire with deliverys even during this pandemic.
