It’s 23 day’s since I sent my parcel to Georgetown Ontario and it still never got there yet..

Slowest shipping - if they even do that anymore. Items with 2-3 week delivery times can take up to 2-3 months. Paying for faster service is pointless when all packages seem to sit in the same spot for weeks. This has been happening long before covid so that excuse is completely invalid

Canada Post is as slow as a snail even with expedited shipping. Disappointing.

charge $60 for express shipping and a month later it still hasn't arrived.

Very poor service. Its been 5 days its showing parcel in my city but not delivered to me.

Horrible customer service and overall service. I have been terribly disappointed with their service since at least November 2019. The latest issue is they have had my delivery in Mississauga since June 11! I am in Woodbridge, today is June 27! Receive 0 answers or accountability. Disgusting.

Shows package shipped 3 weeks ago and no further progress

One parcel went in and out of the country several times between three weeks before getting to my door. Another parcel had its first update 10 days ago and no update since. I’ll be lucky if I even get it a month from now. Even with covid there should at least be updates.

Sent 2 parcels from fort macmurray to PEI on june 12 todays rhe 26 its still in transit tracking doesnt say where it is just in transit thats no info

Quite disappointed that my parcel has been with Canada Post since June 12 and I still couldn’t get it delivered by the date it said. Don’t have any faith in Canada Post anymore!!!

I have a package in Calgary for a week, that just sits there collecting dust, they are to incompetent to get it to me

WORSE SERVICE. I am not the only one complaining about Canada Post. They charged money for service and they don’t deliver it. When they will start refunding their substandard services

All my mail is missing and a mail employee even stole my book. The envelope arrived empty
