Unbelievable i have had a parcel that I ordered April 27 that has been in Mississauga since May 9. I live in NB and still have not received my parcel. Ridiculous is all I can say. I will not shop at that site anymore unless they change their shipping company.

Why am I not able to track my parcel past june 14th?!? It said the parcel was being delivered today, but never happened & now there's no more delivery date!? Wth!? Poor service if u ask me!

Can even get your order delivered correctly and all they can do is blame the COVID. BS is all it is.

What is going on with Canada Post!?!? Whenever I get a notification that Canada Post will be delivering a parcel I cringe. Been waiting a week for a parcel in Mississauga to be delivered to Vaughn!! Other delivery companies seem to have no issues. What's yours Canada Post???

I have had multiple packages that have been ordered and sent through Canada Post and have had nothing but issues. I understand Covid -19 has been a factor but it should not take a week to have a package picked up from the manufacturer after Canada Post was sent the order to have it collected for delivery.

The time it takes from Hamilton Ont. To Moncton N.B Since may 30th and still waiting the 22 june

1 out of 10 Bad service Many times delivered to wrong address.

Has not moved since this morning

Parcel is still in Mississauga mauled 10 days ago to Australia. Wow

And still no information on where my parcel is. Canada Post guarantees fast service no matter how long it takes. ??????????????????

Sent out 3 pkgs and received 1 all delived on time. Can not get better than that. Thanks

Horrible customer service and provided wrong information on my Amazon order not happy with them whatsoever.
