As it been months a letter nevered arrived

Where is my package!! I’ve been waiting for couple months and you guys delivered in someone else door? It cost me a lot cause it is an international package! EA483583373CN return it!!!!!!!

Still waiting for package over 12 days. Can’t track easily. Frustrating.

I paid for express post and it take a week...why you charge people for such a service...I should get refund

When they bring deliveries to the door they ring the bell and by the time I get to the door they’re gone and they just throw the shipping pick up slip in the mailbox and split.

We pay enough for shipping and if it's not getting to the destination within a reasonable timeframe, we should get some money back. Canada Post is unreliable.

Slow terrible. Ups from now on nothing goes by snailmail

I am waiting for my parcel 15 days paid $15 . Parcel was shipped from BC. Management is incompetent. There is no excuse.

Hard times to get parcels, really important shipment of a helmet that I need to ride. Counting on Canada Post for their usual exceptional service.

4 to 7 business days. It’s past that and this hasn’t been updated in tracking for a week. Last Friday says released from Customs. Last time it gave more details. I paid the extra shipping price and it’s still not there or updated.

Canada post is the worse! I order medical cannabis that I need to manage My pain with my Parkinson’s disease and I expect the package to come within 2days and it takes up to 4days before it even leaves the city the order was placed . It is crazy frustrating that I have to suffer in way more pain and can’t sleep cuz Canada post says it will come within a certain time and I’ve had to wait up to 2wks before ! Regardless of covid or not they need to do better or hire more ppl to get the packages out on time !

Almost 2 weeks to get a parcel from Mississauga to waterdown? Absolutely brutal and unacceptable. Will avoid using your service as much as possible

My package for almost two months still haven't delivered. Upon checking the tracker, still with Canada post Vancouver for almost 2 months and counting... I guess...
