The slowest most expensive postal system I deal with. USPS is light years ahead of CPC. Just try tracking a parcel, you'll get the shipping date posted and you'll see when it's been delivered. All of which you usually know in the first place. Brutal.

I'm happy with Canada post have been for years. But I've been waiting for my parcel since March 31st and it had no tracking number and hasn't been updated. I got a hold of wish many times but with no tracking number given to me it's hard for them to track where my parcels are. I ordered 4 50 packs of tp. I don't know what store it came from or if it's being delivered by a courier. I'm happy with Canada post but not the store where my parcels got shipped. I'm at a loss where my parcels are

I have been waiting on a package since may 27th and when I put tracking number in it says it's still in BC almost a month later? Horrible service

The worst service , delay 1 week for delivery

My parcel was sent to the post office 30km away June 1,2020. They lost my package, they say it may still be delivered, that was June 1st. it is now the 18th. I've lost all confidence in Canada Post and doubt I'll ever see my purchases.

Parcel arrived in Canada a month ago... still with post canada... they are worse than a 3rd world country post service. Wish i could leave 0 stars!

Why is it that I can get a package from Poland via Purolator in 10 days yet a package from the US takes a month? My package sat in Mississauga for 3 weeks! Not to mention the tracking system wouldn’t indicate why. You are clearly seriously understaffed or the people are simply slacking because of Covid. I ask or find out if companies use Canada post and if they do I don’t order from them anymore. Perhaps companies will start placing pressure on them or choose a different carrier. Sephora, Indigo and Anthropologie to name a few use Canada post. I am just waiting for these stores to open.

My package has been in Mississauga for like 3 weeks ?! This make no sense what so ever

Only part 2 of my parcel was delivered and I am having trouble tracking down part 1..... every where I go shows it being delivered .... so frustrating!!!

Says 7 days In Mississauga - which is about 30km away!!

it shouldn't take 3 months and still no parcel Canada post is the worst.

My item was shipped from Mississauga on June 11 to Gananoque an it the package is expected to arrive on June 19. I ordered this item from Amazon along with another part which was also shipped from Mississauga on June 11 and that part arrived in two days. Canada Post should get out of business of shipping. Their service is atrocious by comparison to other delivery companies.

Paid for Express post just to find out it was sent the wrong way....so it will take just as long as regular mail....what a waste of money...being on odsp means we dont have extra money to spend to be wasted....this was important and time sensitive

No tracking updates for over 1 month... no way to find out where my package is.
