Although a lot of staff are nice, lately my friends and I have noticed how rude they are. My friends package was literally thrown at her door. Dented the box. A lot of the counter staff act like they are better then you.

When you pay for a service in Canada exspecialy with Canada Post the items you ordered should arrive on time my order and the store I purchased them through is in Mississauga Ontario and the day my order was processed and shipped out was the May 30th 2020 it is now the 18th of June and yet my Paracel is still sitting in Mississauga. If I would of know that Canada Post was going to be this slow I would of drove the hour and a half drive to the store and pick my parcel up . And saved paying Canada Post for nothing but being late

Worst service possible they deliver packages to wrong address then tell you it was gps to your door then about an hour goes by and a gentleman from up town shows up with my package as it was deliver to his door and you think there was an apology from Canada post NOPE

Tracking a package is terrible. I can understand that with covid 19 that things might be delayed but I can't even tell where it is.

In recent months I sent some parcels to the Montreal and US,all delivered on time.

I have a ticket # but don’t know how to track it

Want slow service, go with Canada Post. Would've been faster sending my letter with a pigeon

Even with covid-19 and Anon guarantee for overnight delivery Canada Post has never let me down through this. I pay extra but it's worth every cent. Thank you guys

Takes forever. Been waiting over 2 months.

Today is day three and it just says it was processed at the sending site three days ago and is “in transit”. This is no update.

Been over 2 weeks and my parcel has not moved or site been updated.

This must be run by a liberal, what a waste of tax money,Tracking is horrible never updated or package sits for way to long. I will be ordering for companies that use other mean of shipping!

Was told that a package was to be delivered to me by June 12th, 2020. Then on the 12th, I was told that there was a delay and I cannot get any more information from Canada Post as to why this package is still in transit. It is now June 18th, 2020. NOT GOOD CANADA POST!!!!!!!!!!

Arrives in mississauga, destination st. Catharines. They send it to montreal. Goid job!
